Apple Cider Ketchup

A versatile salt-free plant-based condiment that can be made in just 5 minutes using 6 basic ingredients – pairs perfectly with veggie burgers and our Potato Wedges.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup tomato paste
  • 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tbsp onion, diced
  • Black pepper, freshly ground, to taste
  • 1/81/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except applesauce in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour in 1/8 cup of apple sauce and mix. Add additional apple sauce for taste and consistency.
