Spicy Garden Guacamole

An irresistible dip for your plant-based gathering, made with our fresh and feisty Rainbow Salsa.

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 cup Rainbow Salsa
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 tsp lime zest
  • 1/2 cup Rainbow Salsa, blended
  • Black pepper, freshly ground, to taste
  • Salt, to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Lightly mash avocado so it still has a chunky texture.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of blended Rainbow Salsa, cilantro, lime juice and zest to the avocados.
  3. Fold in 1/2 cup of Rainbow Salsa. Add black pepper and salt (if using) to taste and mix until guacamole becomes desired smoothness.

Note: You can adjust the spiciness of the guacamole by adding jalapeno pepper, to taste.
