Ingredients
- 4 bread slices, whole wheat, toasted
- Chipotle Mayo
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 avocado slices
- Tempeh Bacon or store-bought vegan bacon
Instructions
- Toast bread then spread Chipotle Mayo over the bread and layer with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and plant-based bacon. Serve.
