Ingredients

  • 4 bread slices, whole wheat, toasted
  • Chipotle Mayo
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 4 avocado slices
  • Tempeh Bacon or store-bought vegan bacon

Instructions

  1. Toast bread then spread Chipotle Mayo over the bread and layer with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and plant-based bacon. Serve.
