Ingredients

Option 1: Apple Spinach

  • 5 handfuls spinach
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 3 kale leaves
  • 2 apples, unpeeled, cored, de-seeded (optional)
  • 1/2 cucumber, unpeeled, cut in half
  • 1/2 lemon, unpeeled

Option 2: Pineapple Kale

  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 4 kale leaves
  • 3 Swiss chard leaves
  • 1 apple, unpeeled, cored, de-seeded (optional)
  • 1 cucumber, unpeeled, cut in half

Option 3: Pear Broccoli Spinach

  • 4 broccoli florets
  • 3 pears, unpeeled
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1/8 fennel bulb

Option 4: Apple Kiwi Kale

  • 3 kiwis, peeled
  • 2 apples, unpeeled, cored, de-seeded
  • 1 bunch kale
  • Ginger, 1/2-inch slice

Option 4: Orange Mint Kale

  • 5 kale leaves
  • 34 oranges, peeled
  • 1 handful mint

Option 5: Apple Beet Chard

  • 10 parsley sprigs
  • 3 Swiss chard leaves
  • 12 apples, unpeeled, cored, de-seeded (optional)
  • 1 beet, peeled
  • 1 cucumber, unpeeled, cut in half

Option 6: Citrus Apple Kale

  • 4 kale leaves
  • 2 apples, unpeeled, cored, de-seeded (optional)
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1/2 grapefruit, peeled

Option 7: Watermelon Celery

  • 2 cups watermelon
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 handful arugula (optional)
  • 1/2 lime, peeled

Option 8: Cucumber Celery

  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 cucumber, unpeeled, cut in half
  • 1/2 carrot, peeled

Option 9: Apple Mint Romaine

  • 2 apples, unpeeled, cored, de-seeded
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1 handful mint
  • 1 head romaine

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare the produce.
  2. Feed through a juicer according to manufacturer instructions.
  3. Serve.
