Ingredients
Option 1: Apple Spinach
- 5 handfuls spinach
- 3 celery stalks
- 3 kale leaves
- 2 apples, unpeeled, cored, de-seeded (optional)
- 1/2 cucumber, unpeeled, cut in half
- 1/2 lemon, unpeeled
Option 2: Pineapple Kale
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 4 kale leaves
- 3 Swiss chard leaves
- 1 apple, unpeeled, cored, de-seeded (optional)
- 1 cucumber, unpeeled, cut in half
Option 3: Pear Broccoli Spinach
- 4 broccoli florets
- 3 pears, unpeeled
- 1 bunch spinach
- 1 zucchini
- 1/8 fennel bulb
Option 4: Apple Kiwi Kale
- 3 kiwis, peeled
- 2 apples, unpeeled, cored, de-seeded
- 1 bunch kale
- Ginger, 1/2-inch slice
Option 4: Orange Mint Kale
- 5 kale leaves
- 3–4 oranges, peeled
- 1 handful mint

- 10 parsley sprigs
- 3 Swiss chard leaves

- 4 kale leaves
- 2 apples, unpeeled, cored, de-seeded (optional)
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1/2 grapefruit, peeled
Option 7: Watermelon Celery
- 2 cups watermelon
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 handful arugula (optional)
- 1/2 lime, peeled
Option 8: Cucumber Celery
- 3 celery stalks
- 1 cucumber, unpeeled, cut in half
- 1/2 carrot, peeled
Option 9: Apple Mint Romaine
- 2 apples, unpeeled, cored, de-seeded
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1 handful mint
- 1 head romaine
Instructions
- Wash and prepare the produce.
- Feed through a juicer according to manufacturer instructions.
- Serve.
